The customer has 3 days after receipt of their order to request a return. The customer will have 30 days to return the product at their expense (delivery). The refund will only be issued when we have the product in hand.
No returns possible on: personalized orders, voluntary breakage or use of the product.

Tips and uses for creations
BE CAREFUL not to expose the creation & varnished polymer clay:
-at extreme temperatures,
-cleaners and solvents (including disinfectant
for hands),
-do not immerse it in water,
This would reduce the quality of the varnish and the creation. We are not responsible for the resulting result.
